About CABA

CABA is a Boston-based organization addressing the climate crisis by organizing local business leaders to be effective advocates on climate change.

To help solve the climate crisis by organizing local business leaders to be more effective advocates for climate action

To help solve the climate crisis by organizing local business leaders to be more effective advocates for climate action within their businesses and communities, as well as at the state, national, and even international levels.

The Climate Action Business Association was started in 2013 by Massachusetts independent business leaders who wanted to see more ambitious climate action. Since then, it has gone on to create countless meaningful resources, events, and reports for the Massachusetts business community.

The business voice is often misrepresented by a few industry groups that claim to represent all the diverse industries and businesses across the state. These misleading organizations are often bought and paid for by out-of-state corporations and are not centered around what is best for our local state economy.

CABA counters this narrative by directly engaging the business community and providing a wide variety of businesses the opportunity to get involved.

CABA welcomes all businesses looking to take action on climate change. We help our business network push for an economy that benefits all and restores our planet. We leverage business voices as influencers in the community, encouraging innovation and providing avenues to help the private sector commit to better business practices. We provide our network with concrete, actionable ways for businesses to get involved and make an impact on climate change.
